Our Essex based client requires a candidate to work within the Contact Centre checking the quality of the work and training the team when necessary. You will provide root cause analysis, feedback and suggest improvements whilst ensuring all work is undertaken within the correct processes and procedures.
You must have at least 1 years experience of monitoring/coaching within a customer service environment with detailed knowledge of Unit Trust, ISA, OEIC products and the FSA regulatory environment. You must also have strong customer service and communication skills. |
